Dance On Time, LLC takes the safety of all participants seriously. Before engaging our services, please review and sign the appropriate waiver for your specific service.

Dance Instruction Services
Covers private lessons, group classes, and choreography sessions including Country Two Step, Waltz, Swing, Salsa, and Bachata.
DJ Services
Covers DJ services, sound systems, lighting effects, and MC coordination for events.
Dance Floor Rental
Covers rental and use of custom portable dance floors (8’x12’ to 48’x48’).
Important Notes
- Review Carefully - Please read the entire waiver before signing
- Ask Questions - If you have questions about any terms, contact us before signing
- Original Signatures - We require original, signed waivers (or digital signature via email)
- Minors - Parents/guardians must sign waivers for participants under 18
- Legal Counsel - Consider having an attorney review if this is a commercial event
- Keep Copies - Retain a copy for your records
