1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Dance On Time website (www.danceontime.com) and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

Dance On Time offers five primary services:

A. Dance Instruction Services

Private and group dance lessons
Wedding choreography and first dance coaching
Dance styles: Country Two Step, Waltz, Swing, Salsa, Bachata
In-studio (Madison, Georgia) and in-home lessons available
Personalized instruction for couples, individuals, and groups

B. DJ Services

Professional DJ services for events
Music curation and MC services
Sound equipment and lighting coordination
Event-specific music selection and request management
Specialized in reading the room and adapting to crowd energy

C. Dance Floor Rental

Custom-built, modular portable dance floors
Sizes: 8’x12’ to 48’x48’
Professional setup and breakdown
Available for indoor and outdoor events
High-quality hardwood construction with slip-resistant surface

D. Special Event Planning

Comprehensive event coordination and planning
Venue selection and logistics management
Vendor coordination and integration
Timeline management and detailed planning
Full-service event coordination for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, and celebrations

E. Event Photography

Professional event photography coverage
Flexible package options (4, 8, or all-day coverage)
High-quality digital galleries with professional editing
Optional printed albums and second photographer services
Candid and posed photography with artistic vision

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Reservations

All services require advance booking
Minimum notice requirements may apply per service
Availability subject to calendar and location

Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in the service agreement or invoice
Accepted payment methods will be specified at time of booking
Deposit may be required to secure reservation

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice
Prices valid at time of booking are guaranteed per agreement
Travel fees and surcharges will be clearly disclosed
Tax may be applicable and will be added to final invoice

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation by Participant/Client

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or phone)
Dance Instruction: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to lesson
DJ Services: Cancellation policy per event contract
Floor Rental: Cancellation policy per rental agreement
Special Event Planning: Cancellation policy per planning agreement
Event Photography: Cancellation policy per photography contract

Refund Policy

Refunds subject to cancellation timeframe per service
Deposits may be non-refundable within certain timeframes
Rescheduling may be available at no additional charge

Cancellation by Dance On Time

Dance On Time reserves the right to cancel due to:
- Unsafe weather or venue conditions
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Equipment failure or unavailability
- Force majeure events
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is by Dance On Time

5. LIABILITY WAIVERS

All participants and clients must sign appropriate liability waivers before service commencement:

Dance Instruction: Dance Lesson Waiver

By booking services, you agree to sign the required waiver(s).

6. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dance Instruction Participants

Must disclose all medical conditions and physical limitations
Must inform instructor of pain or discomfort immediately
Must wear appropriate dancewear and footwear
Must comply with all instructor safety guidelines
Must respect studio policies and other participants

Event Clients (DJ, Floor Rental, Event Planning, Photography)

Must ensure venue safety and adequate space
Must control attendee behavior and safety
Must provide safe ingress/egress for equipment
Must monitor crowd capacity and floor conditions
Must immediately report any injuries or equipment issues
Must provide accurate event details and guest count estimates
Must ensure all necessary permits and venue approvals are obtained

7. EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY

Dance Floor Rental Damage

Participant is responsible for the floor condition during rental
Normal wear and tear is expected
Damage beyond normal use will be charged to renter
Damage assessment and repair costs will be provided
Floor must not be misused or subjected to abuse

Photography and Video Records

All photographs taken during Event Photography services remain property of Dance On Time
Digital gallery access provided as per package agreement
Printed materials (albums, prints) provided as specified in package

Participant Property

Dance On Time is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
Secure valuables during lessons and events
Use lockers or secure storage when available

8. MUSIC AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

DJ Services

Dance On Time uses licensed music for all events
Participant grants permission for Dance On Time to play music at event
Participant is responsible for ensuring venue licensing compliance
Custom requests must be appropriate and available

Website Content

All website content is the property of Dance On Time
Content may not be reproduced without permission
Users may not use website content for commercial purposes

9. PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO

Participants consent to:

Photography and video recording of services
Use of images and videos for promotional purposes
Social media posting and website use
No additional compensation for image use

Participants may request to opt-out by notifying Dance On Time in writing prior to service.

10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

All participants acknowledge and assume risks inherent to:

Physical activity and dancing
Use of DJ equipment and sound systems
Use of portable dance floors
Participation in group activities
Event attendance and interaction with other guests

Participants voluntarily assume these risks and waive claims against Dance On Time.

11. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Dance On Time collects and processes personal information for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our privacy practices.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dance On Time’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services. Dance On Time is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business opportunities
Personal injury (covered by waiver)
Property damage (covered by waiver)
Emotional distress
Event outcome or guest satisfaction
Weather-related cancellations or delays

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dance On Time, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your participation in services
Your violation of these terms
Your negligence or misconduct
Injury or damage caused by your actions
Breach of your responsibilities outlined in Section 6

14. MEDICAL CLEARANCE

Participants with medical conditions, recent surgery, or physical limitations represent that they have obtained medical clearance before participation in dance instruction services.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

Dance On Time reserves the right to:

Modify or cancel services due to circumstances beyond control
Adjust pricing or terms with advance notice
Change instructors, photographers, or DJ personnel
Modify service offerings or package options

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiation between parties
Mediation if negotiation fails
Arbitration or litigation as last resort

18. WEBSITE USE AGREEMENT

Permitted Use

Users may use the website for lawful purposes only:

Viewing service information
Booking services
Contacting Dance On Time
Accessing waivers and policies

Prohibited Use

Users may not:

Reproduce or distribute website content

Transmit viruses or harmful code
Harass or threaten Dance On Time staff
